Practices: Meditation, mindfulness, sharing somatic concepts, lightning
rounds focused on answering a question or responding to a teaching.
Tuesdays every other week • 6-7a PST • April 2-Aug 6 • (10 sessions)
Suggested donation: $5-25 per session (no on turned away)
Online Somatic practice with James-Amutabi Haines and Sarah Shourd. every other week
